Charges to student accounts should be limited to educational related expenses only. The charges should be submitted to the Student Accounts Office on the Student Charge Form. The description field is what will be reflected on the student account statement and the space is very limited, so please be concise and clear. Charges should be submitted to the Student Accounts Office as soon as possible but no later than the end of the month in which the charge occurred.
